Release of Album Shares Date with Others... Affect Sales?

The US release date of Jin's "The Rest is History" album on October 19, 2004 is shared with several other well-known people, including Wyclef Jean ("Sak Pasé Presents: Welcome to Haiti Creole 101"), Bizzy Bone ("Alpha & Omega"), Mix Master Mike ("Bangzilla"), and to a lesser extent (since they're not of the same genre), Jimmy Eat World ("Futures"), and to an even lesser extent, William Hung ("Hung for the Holidays").

Anyone thinking that this may affect Jin's album sales a bit? I mean who knows, a semi-Jin fan might decide to go with William Hung because Hung is such an awesome singer...
