Since its coming out in less than 2 weeks, the people with the songs might as well start the lyrics up. So far I've done Love Story, so just reply with the lyrics of the song and i'll edit my post.

01. Intro - The Signing
02. Here Now
Jin;
Look I’m not a gimmick
It’s not a rap I’m trying to mimic
My life move by the mile a minute
Make the best of it while I’m in it
Talk shit I’ll never get offended
I’m so appreciative to the limit
I could shake off 20 haters
Ignore ‘em and handle my business
Hollyhood got my name submitted
(Her?) threat to every rapper in the game all that’s ever been in it
5’6 but I stand tall, built for war
Sort of like the Great Wall…of China
Hear my footsteps like Yao Ming’s behind ya
Don’t remind me
Do whatever to you, fly back and it’ll be Hell on earth for you to defy me
They say we all look alike, cook alike
But they ain’t know that we all cook so alike
I changed the game when I took the mic
And a freestyle all that took for you to write goodnight

Chorus;
I am here now
Say what you want
I know I got
Something you want
I am here now
Think what you want
This is my life lets get it on

It’s like a curse being successful
The more progress the more stressful
Don’t ask about heart I’ve got a chestful
Thrown into a sass pool of sex (?)
So my next move was to elevate for the best view
I got a few things to confess too
They say I’m famous I don’t feel special
Plucked from a few to be placed on a pedestal
Only to be ridiculed to find out they wanna get rid of you
Once you meet your pinnacle they try to limit you
From the start of your career to when they finish you
That’s why in interviews I keep my shit minimal
And if I do say something its subliminal
Is it because I’m signed to killers and criminals?
Its pitiful, this rap game is too political
But fuck it I ain’t got shit else to do…

(Chorus)

Yo, yo…you ain’t gotta give me my respect, I’ma take it
You ain’t gotta punch me and tonight I’ma lay it
You ain’t gotta loan me no money I’ma make it
And I do anything that I can get away with
I say what I want, take it how you take it
Media hype that I’ve created has enhanced my hatred
I came from the basement, goes amongst the stars like a spaceship
Face it there is no replacement
Time you spent looking for the one is time wasted
I’m too defined, my design you can’t trace it
So give it up
I ain’t bitter but I’m getting sick enough to take my contract and rip it up
Plus my friends say I’m forgetting stuff, is it ‘cause I fail to get in touch?
While I’m out rapping, traveling getting bucks?
And my hearts in Miami and D.
Oh I ain’t forget, I just got my family to feed

(Chorus)

(Welcome to correct y’all…)
03. Get Your Handz Off (feat Swizz Beatz)
04. Club Song
05. The Come Thru (feat Twista)
06. So Afraid

Most of ya'll all sound the same
With ya fancy cars and ya diamond rings
Don't you know it's about to change?
What are you so afraid of?

The MC, master of ceremonies
My pen be faster, how dare you phonies?
That tempt me run back and tell ya cronies
How I gently mack the tenderonies (woo)
The DJ, the crowd motivator (uh huh)
We don't cross-over we cross faders
Outrageous, divine motion
Record scratchin me calamine lotion
B-Boys high as your hands reach (uh huh)
Bombed them with two aerosol cans each
This for the future, past, and the present
I'm takin this rap thing back to the essence

Hook (x2)

I rip out your tonsil now you feelin it
Hip hop is dead, you responsible for killin' it
I've been sent to avenge the death
Breath life into the game defend what's left
They remind me of you, minus the deal (deal)
You remind me of me, minus the skill
Every new week comes a song
Til the next one hit wonder comes along
Ya video is on 106 and TRL? (uh huh)
Does that mean that your shit gon' sell? (uh uh)
Honestly this joint prolly won't top the charts (nah)
Cuz I ain't all up in the club and I ain't bout to start

Hook (x2)

Radio suckas neva play me
It's all good ya'll don't pay me
Even though I wanna cash in
Rather have loyalty to Jin
Than royalties for spins
Sell ya soul for joints and jams
Til you fall off and dissapoint ya fans
They'll let you know the minute you forget
You in it for the check or you in it for respect
I'm tryin to get both and not fail to connect
With each one of ya'll so my sales are direct
And me not tryin to sound all righteous
I know a lot of ya'll got a feel just like this

Hook (x2)

07. I Got A Love (feat Kanye West)
08. Chinese Beats (skit)
09. Learn Chinese (feat Wyclef)
10. The Good, The Bad and The Ugly
11. Senorita

[Chorus]
I'm goin to Miami, I'm goin to the fair
To see a senorita, with flowers in her hair
Aww shake it senorita, shake it if you can
Show all the boys around the block you're doin your damn thang

[Verse 1]
Wait a minute wait a minute this is how it started
Senorita caught my eye, she shake it the hardest
Yeah she knows that I'm an artist, but that's regardless
Situation elevatin I'm anticipatin
Body got me mesmerized I ain't tell no lies
You better tell those guys, you belong to me
I followed you, danced wit' 'chu, bounced wit' 'chu, shaked wit' 'chu girl
I'm lovin' you, hatin' you where would you ???? girl
We can do anything under the moonlight
You in the mood right? I'm in the mood too
Now shake it shake it, keep doin' what you gotta do
I know a lot of J-Los, but they ain't fly as you

[Chorus 2x]

[Verse 2]
We in the M-I M-I, mami am I am I?
As cool as a 745 or Ocean Drive
Is that your senorita? Do you really please her?
Give her to me, I'll make her hotter than a fever
Talk to me ma, is it the palm trees?
Blue water while we fallin off our jet-skis
Back to the hood, we can get nice together now
Take her to ??bed?? afterward whatever
You know I'm number one, you bangin like the drums
Listen to the ocean while we chill under the sun
As tastefully, basically it
I came to Miami just to see you shake your shhhh

[Chorus 2x]

[Verse 3]
I'm sweatin it's hot, it's damn near three o'clock
Tell the DJ play the record let the needle drop
*Ficky ficky vicky* This joint is hot
??Mami give me look mami you can be on top now??
Slow, your, roll is where we go
????????????? I'm gettin dropped
I paint a picture, I'm layin wit' 'cha
I came to correct your soul, I ain't playin wit' 'cha
I'll take an itty bitty piece of your mind wit' me
You runnin' through mine, like Diddy did the whole city
I'm flyin' through the clouds, you soarin' through the air
To see my senorita, she's waitin' at the fair

[Chorus 2x]

[b]12. Love Story (feat Aja Smith)[/b]

Its from the heart..

Its from the heart right here.. (yeah)

Everybody has a story to tell..

Check this out though

I knew this chinese dude in Junior High
part of my crew, everybody knew the kid
he was the talk of the school, intelligent,
and well spoken, respected by teachers
all the other students kept their eyes on his sneakers
What can I say? You can tell he's koo if you talk with him
during fire drills girls would wanna walk with him
he could have any chick up in his view,
but there was only one girl he wanted to call boo
See its all true, found himself stressed in a dead end
the girl he was feelin was obsessed with his bestfriend
his bestfriends a playa, thats the reason he's pissed
plus he treat her like she don't even exist
he aint tryna hate on his man, but there was no help in it
wrote the girl a letter told her how he felt in it
she was shocked at first of him revealing the truth
till she realized that she was feelin him too

[chorus]
Ohhh...
I've been thinking of you
Ohhh...
I've been thinking of you
Ohhh...
I've been thinking of you
Ohhh...
I've been thinking of you

and you've been thinkin of me

Ohhh...

Uh
So you know as time goes by
Things get a little bit serious
Just listen
It was strictly hip hop, now they bumpin slow jams all day
went from holding hands, to makin out in the hallway
Their relationship, seemed like a dream come true
as time went by their friendship grew
staring at the stars, trading secrets on the phone
when her parents were at work, she would sneak him in her room
he told her he was a virgin the day that they met
so on his birthday he got a gift he'll never forget
females were jealous, but they still calling him cute
first day of summer school, they rocked the matching nautica suits
happy in each others arms, can it be,
they found true love, living in a fantasy
then reality attacks, his pops couldn't see past the fact
his son was asian, but his girlfriend was black
imagine having to choose between the one that you love or your fam
thats like cutting off your right or left hand, damn.

[chorus]
Uh huh, yeah

I know this sounds like a true story
coulda happened to any one of us
it's crazy though right?

Now if this sounds like a true story
that's probably cause it is
and I know for a fact cause I'm that chinese kid
mm, lookin back now, i know its more than just a crush
i'm sayin the whole expierience taught me so much
love can overcome anything that gets in its way
thats reason I still think of shorty till this day
we talk now and then, she's doin her thing
we both full grown up, i think she rockin a ring
i know she's proud of me and all the things i've accomplished
she was there when i was nobody, thats being honest
aint no shame, i'll admit it she was there when i cried
so in return i wipe the tears from her eyes
as far as my pops, hes a little more open minded
if his son is happy, hes 100% behind it
now this is a song i know i had to do
cause all the stuff i went through
might have happened to you

[chorus]

Ohhh...

Uh, yeah

Everybody remembers their first love
You only get one
So You gotta remember
yeah
uh
I just want you to know
that Jins still thinkin about you

[b]13. Cold Outside (feat Lyfe)[/b]
[b]14. C'Mon[/b]
[b]15. Karaoke Night (feat Styles P)[/b]
[b]16. Same Cry (feat LT)[/b]

LT; talking:
We may look different
But we see the same sky
We may see different
But we cry the same cry

Jin; rapping:
To wake up daily and sleep better nights
That's what we all wish for to seek a better life, right?
It's unfortunate when tragedy strikes
But the truth is reality bites
June 4th, '89, a day residents feared
Now known as The Massacre at Tiananmen Square
The day I turned seven, they were mourning and grieving
Thousands of innocent died for what they believed in
Armed with nothing but heart and a point to prove
Stood in front of tanks and refused to move
What would you do? Run or stand still?
When the life's on the line to test the man's will
Seeking change and they found it, but in death
Strangers, yet they were my blood and flesh
This happened in China but you ain't gotta be Asian
to relate to the struggle, pain, and heartache
So...

LT; singing:
We'll never know
You'll never get it
There is no choice
We can't forget it
When we look up
We see the same sky
When we look up
We cry the very same cry

Jin; rapping:
See, I'm a grown man
It hurts when I turn on the news
And see what's going on in my homeland
The SARS epidemic could've been lies
Could've stand for "Should Asians Really Survive?"
They'll try anything to break your family apart
Politics will break down the manliest heart
Can the child within my heart rise above?
If there's a billion of us,
I shouldn't have to look for love
Overpopulation, but damn, just to meet the needs
It's illegal to have more than one seed?
How can you dictate birth, regardless to women
And the parents, they make the hardest decisions
Sons keep their family names, so that's not an option
Imagine being forced to put your daughter for adoption
And even though it's beyond your control
Keep your head up, here's a song for your soul

LT; singing:
We'll never know
You'll never get it
There is no choice
We can't forget it
When we look up
We see the same sky
When we look up
We cry the very same cry

Jin; rapping:
If you don't know where you came from
You can't get the way you trying to go
Ain't no denying so, it's true
I got some big shoes to fill
But if I don't lead the movement, then who will?
Stuck between a rock and a hard place
Thinking about the refugees that went to see God's face
Sixteen thousand miles across the ocean tides
Some died, some got lucky and survived
I wouldn't call it luck, they reached their destination
Modern-day slavery without the plantation
Them sneakers on your feet cost a hundred a pop
My people's making 15 cents a day at sweatshops
To make them kicks so you can look good
Think we open restaurants 'cause we cook good?
Hell no, we ain't got no choice
I gotta speak up, without me my people have no voice

LT; singing:
We'll never know
You'll never get it
There is no choice
We can't forget it
When we look up
We see the same sky
When we look up
We cry the very same cry

We'll never know
You'll never get it
There is no choice
We can't forget it
When we look up
We see the same sky
When we look up
We cry the very same cry

Damn. This album is awesome. I honestly did not think that it would rock this much but... I've heard a few tracks and I'm just repeating them over and over. Yeah, I bootlegged the track because I have wasted way too much money on albums that suck. I now use mp3s as a sampling source, and I can honestly say that mp3s have dramatically increased my purchasing of album. And I am definitely buying "The Rest Is History," although I never thought about buying it before I heard these mp3s.

Lyrics... I really want the lyrics to his tracks. Thanks to janstuh for the lyrics to three tracks up there. I'd love it if I could get the lyrics to "Same Cry," which is a almost haunting song. Good stuff.

Corrected Version by Sir_Knightmare: Jin ft. LT - The Rest Is History - Same Cry

LT:
We may look different, but we see the same sky...
We may see different, but we cry the same cry...

Jin:
To wake up daily, to sleep better at nights
That's what we all wish for to seek a better life, right?

Nice corrections, Sir_Knightmare. If we're striving for the perfect lyrics, then let me point out a few things (I'm not trying to be nit-picky or anything):
1) You should watch your "its" and "it's" (as well as "what's").
2) "Overpopulation" is more commonly used than "Over-population."
3) "Infront" isn't one word, it should be "in front."
4) Sounds like "seeking change" to me and not "seek a change." But that's highly debatable.
5) The second verse starts with "See, I'm a grown man" (you left out "See,").
6) "...so its not an option" sounds like "... so that's not an option" to me.
7) "here is a song for your soul" should be "here's a song for your soul."
8) "My peoples" should be "My people's" (but I guess it could be either way, since it's wrong both ways when it comes to grammar anyway... lol).
9) You have a few unnecessary commas.

Sorry, I used to be a copy editor for a newspaper. Small mistakes haunt me.

[Lyrics]

Jin – The Rest Is History – 02 - Here Now

Jin:
Look I’m not a gimmick
It’s not a rap I’m trying to mimic
My life move by the mile a minute
Make the best of it while I’m in it
Talk shit I’ll never get offended
I’m so pushed to the limit

Chorus;

Looks pretty good. I couldn't figure out the things you didn't understand either. Umm is "I’m so appreciative to the limit" supposed to be "I’m so pushed to the limit?"

Jin – The Rest Is History – 11 - Senorita

Jin-Mini(lol):
Oh, this the shit right here
This the Matrix shit right here

Jin:
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
Jin, Jin...The Rest Is History
Let me take you to my hood
C'mon, c'mon, c'mon...

(Chorus)
I'm going to Miami
I'm going to the fair
To see a senorita with flowers in her hair
Aww, shake it senorita
Shake it if you can
Show all the boys around the block you doing the damn thing

Uh, wait a minute (wait a minute)
This is how it started
Senorita caught my eye she shake it the hardest
Yeah she knows that I'm a(an) artist but that's regardless
Situation elevating, I'm anticipating
Body got me mesmerized, I ain't tell no lies
You better tell those guys, you belong to me
I followed you, danced with you, bounced with you, shaked with you girl
I'm loving you, hating you, real with you, fake with you girl
We can do anything under the moonlight
You in the mood right?
I'm in the mood too
Now shake it, shake it
Keep doing what you gotta do
I know a lot of JOs(J-Los?) but they ain't as fly as you

(Chorus) X2

We in the MI, MI, mami am I am I
As cool as a 745 on Ocean Drive?
Is that your senorita? Do you really please her?
Give her to me, I make her hotter than a fever
Talk to me ma, is it the palm trees?
Blue water while we falling off our jet skis?
Back to the hood, we can get nice together now
Take her to ? after ? whatever
You know I'm number one
You banging like the drums
Listen to the ocean while we chill under the sun
As tastefully, basically it
I came to Miami just to see you shake your shh...

(Chorus) X2

I'm sweating its hot, its damn near 3'O clock
Tell the DJ play the record let the needle drop
Ficky, vicky, vicky...this joint is hot
Mami give me the (punani?) you can be on top now
Slow...your...roll cus where we go
No one knows I'm getting wild
I paint a picture, I'm laying with ya
I came to caress your soul, I ain't playing with ya
I take a itty bitty piece of your mind with me
You running through mine like Diddy did the whole city
I'm flying through the clouds, I'm soaring through the air
To see my senorita, she's waiting at the fair

(Chorus) X2

(Corrections are appreciated...)
BTW, this song seems to be one of the catchiest on the entire album once listened enough times. I'm glad Jin chose it to be the official single.

lol is that a bad thing? We'll working towards the same goal, I'd be happy if you caught my mistakes =P

And I really do think Senorita is the catchiest song as well. Not the best lyrics, but the beats are nice.
